Terms & Conditions
1. Services
Fruitful Cleaning provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services throughout the Quad Cities region and surrounding areas. Services may include, but are not limited to, standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, facility maintenance cleaning, window cleaning, and specialty cleaning services.
Fruitful Cleaning may also provide air purification and water purification services, including basic installation, filter replacement, and related support services. While we strive to improve indoor air and water quality, no specific health, medical, or environmental outcomes are guaranteed. Clients are responsible for maintaining manufacturer-recommended service schedules and notifying us of any known system issues prior to service.
All services are performed according to the scope of work agreed upon prior to the start of service.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All pricing is provided through a written estimate or service proposal outlining the agreed scope of work and associated costs. Services will begin only after client approval has been received.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. Any additional services requested outside the original scope of work may result in adjusted pricing.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
Fruitful Cleaning values both our clients’ time and our scheduling commitments. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require prepayment for future services.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is a top priority at Fruitful Cleaning. We proudly stand behind the quality of our work with a satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with the services provided, clients must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make every reasonable effort to address and resolve the issue promptly.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Fruitful Cleaning accepts cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved invoice billing for commercial accounts.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees or suspension of future services until balances are paid in full.
6. Liability
Fruitful Cleaning is fully insured for the protection of our clients and staff. While every effort is made to provide safe and professional service, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, improperly installed fixtures, or items not disclosed prior to service.
Any concerns regarding damages or service issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
7. Access to Property
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time. Fruitful Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe or hazardous.
